With close to 5,000 meals a day served during the first COVID-19 wave, the momentum was kept alive during the second wave as well. In 2021, meals were also sent out to reach COVID-19 positive patients across the city. This was done keeping in mind the requirements of a patient with utmost hygiene and good quality ingredients.
Going beyond just serving food, Nandhana Palace has also contributed towards building a school in Bengaluru recently. Not just putting up the infrastructure, Nandhana Palace will also bear all expenses of book and uniforms of children studying in this school.
